DoorZigt participates in contests

Berend Schotanus and Lieuwe Zigterman were the winners of the Innovation Prize of the CVS 2004.
The jury qualified their paper "The rules of the signal box" as original en innovative.


End of November 2005 in Antwerpen Berend Schotanus presented the next issue: "The rules of the signal box 2".


In 2006 Lieuwe Zigterman presented a paper with the challenging title: No driver, better for the passenger.

DoorZigt also participates in the ProRail contests. For the first contest: ProRail first contest


The second issue was won by Rob van der Bijl (RVDB/lightrail.nl) who was supported by Maurits van Witsen and Lieuwe Zigterman in the development of the idea from train to tram.


Also in the third ProRail contest, DoorZigt was present.


Furthermore Lieuwe Zigterman won at Windesheim University the first prize from the Groninger harbours. This happened during the inauguration of Jan Jurriëns, professor "Controllability- ICT & logistics".
